Counseling Fee

Office Hour: Sunday to Saturday 9:00 to 20:00 (last session slot)
Available dates and times vary depends on a counselor.

If you would like to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please email info@skycounselingtokyo.com by 5:00 pm of the business day prior to the day of your scheduled appointment. If the appointment is on a Monday, please contact us before 5:00 pm of the previous　business day.
We charge 100% of the original fee for cancellation without prior notice or for failure to show to a scheduled appointment. (We will not charge you in the case of disaster or sudden illness.)
If you are late for an appointment, please contact us immediately. We generally do not extend the scheduled session time.
