Counselors and staff members in SCCT are trained and educated to follow these rules.

SCCT is committed to respecting your privacy and protecting your personal information, such as your name, email address, phone number, the issues you might discuss with your counselor etc. SCCT uses such personal information only for administrative purpose for providing services such as contacting you regarding application, appointments or other notices.

No personal information shall be disclosed, directly or indirectly, to third parties. Exceptions to this policy includes:

- In case of abuse or neglect of a child or a vulnerable adult

- If you are in imminent danger of harming yourself or another person

- When consultation with colleagues or supervisor is needed while your identity is adequately protected (i.e. using initials)

While using online communication system, inherent security risks that cannot be prevented 100%, however, SCCT applies industry standards and best practices to prevent any unauthorized access, use, and disclosure.

You have the right to inquire, change, update and delete your personal information that is provided to us with proper identity verification.
