Making an appointment
If you would like to make an appointment, please fill out this application form. (This would help the appointment process smoother.) If you are over 18 years old, please make an appointment by yourself. (Clients under 18 years old need the consent of their caretaker/s.)
We will get back to you within 2 business days. (Reception hours 9:00 - 17:00, Mondays through Saturdays except holidays.) If you do not receive a response from us within 2 business days, please check your junk mail box first.
Counseling Hours: Sundays to Saturdays 9:00 - 20:00 (last appointment slot starts at 20:00.). The availability depends on each counselor. Please make sure to read the " Important points to be aware of " when making an appointment.

All information, including the content of your consultations, is strictly protected under our confidentiality policy, except when disclosure is required by law and Code of Ethics to protect clients' lives and safety. (Once your appointment has been scheduled, we will send you a disclosure statement form that outlines important information about our counseling services. This form is required to begin the counseling process.)

We do not use any information you provide for marketing or promotional purposes.
