• For cancellations made by the EFT Workshop organizer due to public health advisories, full refunds can be provided.

• 公衆衛生上の事情を理由にEFT Workshop Organizerがキャンセルした場合は、全額返金いたします。
   

• A full paid amount minus a handling charge of 1,500yen can be refunded if cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to the program start date. 

• プログラム開始日の30日以上前にキャンセルした場合は、1,500円の手数料を差し引いたお支払い額は返金されます。
   

• A partial refund can be provided if cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to the program start date. Within 7 days, no refunds can be made.

• プログラム開始日の30日前以降にキャンセルされた場合は、一部返金されます。7日以内の場合は、返金できません。
   

• Workshops may be cancelled EFT Workshop organizer if minimum enrollment requirements are not met or in the case of extreme weather, in which case, a full refund will be provided.

• ワークショップは、最小催行人数に満たない場合、または悪天候の場合には、EFT Workshop Organizerにより中止されることがありますが、その場合には全額返金されます。
   

• Weather cancellations or delays will be announced by email prior to the start date of the event with as much notice as possible.

• 天候による中止や遅延は、可能な限り事前にメールでお知らせいたします。

• オンライン登録とお支払いが完了した方にはEメールにてお支払いのご連絡をさせていただきます。もし7日以内に連絡がない場合には、お問い合わせいただきたくお願いします。(admin@skycounselingtokyo.com)
   

• An email will be sent a few days before the start date of the workshop with details about your program.

• ワークショップの詳細プログラムは、開催日の数日前にメールにてご連絡させていただきます。
